Account & subscriptions

Account requirements, subscription access, configuration updates, device changes and platform support.

Do I need an email address to sign up for VPNJV

No. You can create an account with a username and password. Save your credentials securely and avoid reusing them with other services. You will need them to sign in to the user panel, access your subscription and manage your plan.

Where can I find my subscription after purchase

Sign in to the user panel and open the client downloads area to access the client and subscription linked to your account. Marketing pages do not publish static installers or live subscription URLs. If your plan status has just changed, refresh the user panel and revisit the downloads area.

How do I update my subscription link

First, run Update Subscription or refresh the configuration in your client. If the route list is unchanged, retrieve the subscription from the user panel and import it again. Do not edit subscription content manually: route names, connection parameters and available configurations are maintained by the subscription.

Do I need to buy again when I switch devices

No. Switching devices does not require another purchase. VPNJV supports unlimited devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device and download the relevant client and subscription. When sharing an account, keep login credentials and subscription details secure and do not place them on public pages or in shared documents.

Which operating systems does VPNJV support

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Permission prompts and import options vary by system. Open the downloads area from the user panel, get the client for your platform, and follow the guide to import the subscription.

Connections & issues

Start with the plan status, system permissions, per-app rules and local network.

What should I do if the subscription is imported but will not connect

Confirm that your plan is still active, then refresh the subscription and switch to another route. Check that the system allows the client to establish a VPN connection and that the local network can access websites normally. Reconnect after these checks to distinguish subscription, route and local network issues.

Why is a particular app not using the proxy

Common causes include per-app rules, direct-connection rules or proxying only selected traffic. Confirm that the system connection is established, then check whether the app is included in an excluded range. Disconnect and reconnect after changing the rules; some apps retain an old connection and must be fully closed before reopening.

What should I do if the connection drops after switching networks

The existing connection may stop working when you switch between networks. Wait for the new network to restore ordinary web access, then disconnect and reconnect the client. If the original route still will not connect, refresh the subscription and try another route instead of repeatedly reinstalling the client.

What if websites open but some domains fail to resolve

Switch routes and establish a new connection first so the old DNS results are not reused. Then fully close the affected browser or app and reopen it. If the issue occurs only on a particular network, test again on another network to determine whether the cause is local resolution, network policy or the destination service.

How do I restore access after reinstalling the client

After reinstalling, retrieve the subscription from the user panel and import it again. Do not rely on an old configuration saved before removal, as its route information may have changed. Once imported, refresh the subscription, select a route, connect and use the network check page to verify the current egress status.

Speed & routes

A combined view of route types, peak hours, local networks, egress regions and destination services.

How should I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours

Pause local downloads, cloud sync and background updates, then compare different route types. IEPL dedicated routes, relays and direct connections may perform differently across networks. Keep the device, destination and local network consistent during testing so local network congestion is not mistaken for a route issue.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes

IEPL dedicated routes are worth prioritizing when cross-border link stability matters. Relay routes use an intermediary path to improve connectivity in some network environments. Direct routes are more straightforward but depend more heavily on the local carrier network. Base your choice on actual results on the current network, not just the route name.

How broad is VPNJV’s route coverage

VPNJV covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes. Routes are organized by region and route type. If you need a specific egress region, check the full route list first, then return to the client, refresh the subscription and select that region.

What should I do when streaming says my region is incorrect

Confirm that the selected route region matches the target content region, then disconnect the old connection, switch routes and reopen the streaming app. Account region, content rights and the platform’s own policies can also affect the result, so a matching route region does not guarantee that every title will be available.

How should I interpret latency and bandwidth in route status

Route status is useful for initial screening, but it does not represent the final experience between your device and a destination website. Actual speed is also affected by the local network, destination, transmission path and concurrent tasks. Judge performance by opening pages, transferring files or playing content in practice.

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrade calculations, payment options and refund requests.

What monthly subscription plans are available

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical usage rather than comparing price alone. Monthly data resets each month on the plan activation date.

What data packages are available

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. They suit users with irregular usage who prefer to manage consumption by total data volume.

When does monthly subscription data reset

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The reset follows the plan’s activation date, not simply the calendar month. Check the current subscription status in the user panel when reviewing remaining data or the reset time.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated

For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan and remaining status in the user panel, then choose the new monthly tier. Do not compare data packages and monthly subscriptions as though they used the same billing model.

Which payment methods does VPNJV support

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Use the payment options shown on the user panel’s checkout page. If the plan status has not updated after payment, refresh the order and account status instead of creating another order for the same purpose.

How do I request a refund

VPNJV offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area and provide the relevant order and refund request. Check the order status and payment method before submitting; follow-up details will be provided in the ticket response.
