Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information VPNJV processes when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, why it processes that information, and how users can manage it. Please read these terms before using the service. Continued use means that the user understands the data practices described in this policy.

Information Collected and Processing Purposes

VPNJV follows data minimization principles when handling account information. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNJV therefore does not require a registration email address. The system processes usernames, password verification credentials, account status, and necessary security event records for authentication, account access, and detection of unusual activity.

When a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system stores the order number, selected item, amount due, payment status, creation time, and refund status. These records support service delivery, transaction reconciliation, after-sales requests, and order disputes. When users visit the site's marketing pages, the system may also process page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic network information to measure page performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve site navigation. Analytics are not used to build profiles of users' browsing content.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNJV does not record which websites users access through international routes. It does not retain visited pages, request content, transmitted content, or DNS queries, nor does it use such information to create profiles of personal activity. By default, the service does not create connection logs that can be traced over time to link an account with its access targets.

To establish connections, calculate traffic usage, troubleshoot faults, and provide security protection, network systems may process route status, traffic usage, and technical error information momentarily during a session. This information supports current service operation only and is not kept as a record of accessed content. Necessary technical records created by faults or security incidents are deleted or de-identified after the relevant purpose is completed and are not retained long term.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and privacy preferences. These data maintain account sessions, restore page settings, and prevent repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, login status, the user panel, or some preferences may not persist properly.

Analytics may use first-party identifiers to distinguish consecutive page visits and understand entry points and feature usage. VPNJV does not use this site's storage to read activity on other websites, nor does it use local storage to save subscription addresses or payment credentials.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNJV supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service, which may receive information required to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNJV generally receives the payment result, transaction status, and necessary reconciliation identifiers, but does not directly control how third-party payment services process data.

Information submitted on a payment page is governed by the privacy rules of the relevant payment service. VPNJV uses payment results only to activate subscriptions, look up orders, review refunds, and reconcile finances; order records are not used for purposes unrelated to service delivery.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Analytics are kept in aggregated or de-identified form where possible; once the original data is no longer needed for business purposes, it is deleted or converted into statistical results that cannot be directly linked to an account.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account-related data through the ticket entry in the user panel. Before completing a deletion request, VPNJV verifies account ownership and determines whether the relevant records are still needed for an open order, refund processing, or a necessary dispute. After an account is deleted, data that is no longer needed is removed; records that must be retained by law or to resolve outstanding matters are cleared when the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates and Scope

VPNJV may update this policy when its features, data processing procedures, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be highlighted through visible notices on the site.

This policy applies to the VPNJV marketing website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. Third-party payment pages and external websites that users access voluntarily are governed by their own rules and are outside the scope of this policy. For service usage limits and account responsibilities, please also read the Terms of Service.
